MonteVista Landscape was established by Edward Tello in Orange County. Our company does full landscape construction for residential and commercial properties. We also do full landscape maintenance and tree trimming in Orange County and in surrounding communities.
MonteVista Landscape is licensed with the State of California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) #902197, we carry Workmen's Comp, general liability insurance and we are bonded. We've satisfactorily completed every job that we've ever started and we have a clean record with the CSLB. Our average landscape construction project is $20,000. We take on projects that are aprox. $3,500 and over, over the years this has become our positioning in the industry. We've been consistently very busy, but we are generally able to start new projects within 2 weeks or less. On landscape construction projects we can provide free drawings done by the contractor or we offer designs by our landscape designer for a fee. Projects that require city permits we'll help do all the paper work. Projects that require association approval, we'll help you get the drawings and paper work for submittal.
In the last couple of years we haven't had any slow seasons in a field that tends to roller coaster. Our company has kept expanding year after year due to our quality service and customer satisfaction.
